"I found that poking yourself in the leg with a knife is a great way to keep yourself awake," she nodded slightly, starting to walk again. "Of course, I wouldn't recommend that. It usually leads to more lectures."

"Ouch. Yeah, I think I'll stick to my running through the periodic table of elements in my head. That and playing with small gobs of webbing in my fingers."

Natasha nodded slightly. "Well, it hardly hurts if the damn cut heals up in a couple of minutes anyway. And the only lists I have to run through are weapons and torture methods... neither of which are safe to think about."

He chuckled a little uneasily and then grinned again, "I could teach you them if you like? Its real easy, I've known them forever. Hydrogen, helium, lithium..."

She held up a hand to stop him before he got far. "How many elements are there exactly?" she arched an eyebrow, looking over at him.

He stopped mid 'beryllium'. "Um...a hundred and twelve?"

Natasha frowned, staring at Peter. "That, my friend, is much too many for me to ever remember."

"Oh come on, no it isn't. How many weapons do you know?" He challenged her.

"More than I can count," she frowned slightly. "And it took me years to memorize all of them."

"Wow, really?" Peter wasn't aware that many weapons existed, then again he could imagine it he supposed. "Well maybe someday we'll swap off. You teach me scary tools of death and I'll help you learn the tiny things that make up the entire universe."

Natasha shrugged slightly. "Sure, if you want."

He was a bit surprised she had accepted his offer. He grinned and nodded. "Okay. Well do that sometime then. In the mean time, any idea where we can find robots to disassemble?" He looked around at the maze.

She frowned slightly and closed her eyes, listening hard. "They're around here somewhere, tracking us probably. Unfortunately, I can only find them if I go through the walls."

"Can you do that?" He knocked on the wall and put his head to it listening.

"Well, I'm assuming something is behind the mirrors, but I don't know what," Natasha frowned, thinking it through. "And that would be an awfully large amount of broken glass."

"Yeah, let's avoid that. Remember I'm wearing booties here not boots." He pointed down at his feet. "How hard can this maze really be any how?"

"Well, compounding the facts that Tony is brilliant and usually drunk, I'd say pretty difficult," she nodded slightly. "Or rather simple. Who knows?"

Peter sighed. "Great. And what exactly is this training us for again?"

"To rely on something other than just our eyes?" Natasha offered, shrugging slightly.

Peter rolled his eyes at that and put back on his mask. "Fine. You wanna lead the way?"

Natasha shrugged slightly, closing her eyes again and promtly placing her hand against the nearst mirror. Carefully, she started walking, feeling rather than seeing each little twist and turn.

Peter followed after her, walking just behind her at first and then attaching to the wall and following just off to her side and a pace behind.

Natasha kept her ears open, listening for any sign of the robots.

Oblivious to her efforts to hear Peter began to hum the 'Batman' theme song. "Is this one of those shifting mazes where the walls move around? That'd be really annoying if it was."

Natasha huffed slightly in annoyance, although she didn't make him stop. Might as well atract the robots, much easier than finding them. "I doubt it... there's only so many funds they can put into each training room."
