Natasha made herself a cup of black coffee, barely looking up from the newspaper as she walked around the "kitchen". She hadn't ever been much of a morning person, always needing several cups of coffee to get going before she could even function normally.

"Mornin' Red," Johnny said as he sautnered into the "kitchen" in nothing but a towel. His damp hair rested just above his eyebrows as he stretched, clenching his eyes shut briefly. He let out another yawn before looking to the coffee machine and grabbing a mug. He on the otherhand, could very easily be a morning person when he wanted to be. Especially considering there was a brunette still sleeping in his room.

Natasha looked up from her paper, gritting her teeth slightly. "My name is 'Natasha'," she ground out, trying not to growl at Johnny. After all, it wasn't his fault that he was so insufferable... although, on second hand, it really kind of was. Frowning, she looked down at her coffee. It needed something, but sadly she had promised Fury she'd get rid of all her vodka. Damnit...

Johnny smirked. Oh he loved the reaction he got from some of the people around here. "Fine... Nat," he emphasized his new nickname for her as he poured his own cup of coffee. Kind of cool. He focused for a moment to heat the mug up. "How are you this lovely morning my Russian Ray of Sunshine?" He sat across from Natasha with a large smile.

"Natasha," she corrected again, looking back at the paper. After a moment, she folded it up and took a sip of her coffee, looking at him. "I'm not your anything... 'Russian Ray of Sunshine' or no. And I'm just fine, if you must know."

"Yeah... 'bout that... I think I'm stickin' with Nat... makes you sound more... personable," Johnny mused with a smile before taking another gulp. "God this java needs to be Irished up or something... or at least not as crap-tacular," he said with a sour face for a moment before taking another slurp. "Well... here's the thing... you are the only Russian I know... therefore, my Russian Ray of Sunshine," he grinned once more as he glanced at the paper. "Funny pages in there? Or are you reading the depressing parts?"

"I'm not supposed to be 'personable'," Natasha frowned, shoving the paper towards Johnny before standing. Crawling up onto the counter, she searched one cupboard until she found a small bottle of vodka hidden behind an old bag of half-eaten potato chips. "And I don't know how much of a 'ray of sunshine' I am... even by Russian standards." She came back to the table, pouring the vodka into her coffee.

"Awww why not? I think you could be... if you actually smiled every once in a while," Johnny quipped before taking another chug of coffee. "Oh you can be... when you're not armed or angry... sort of," Johnny said with a shrug as he looked at the paper and started to read 'Peanuts'. "What are Russian standards for bein' a Ray of Sunshine, Nat? Are they different? I thought the sun was universal."

"Russia's very dark and dank and gloomy," Natasha informed Johnny, gulping down some coffee. "At least all the parts I was in. And when was the last time I was not armed or angry?" She shrugged and took another gulp off coffee.

"So is Seattle," Johnny countered with a smirk as he chuckled at Snoopy's antics. "I don't know when it was because I have yet to actually experience you without your weaponry or your rage... but I imagine you skipping across a meadow with lots of butterfiles and such... sometimes topless... but that's only on special days," he teased with a wink.

Natasha arched an eyebrow, sipping at her coffee. "Seeing me topless isn't that special," she informed him matter-of-factly. "In fact, I'll find you the death toll to prove how many men have seen me topless." She shrugged and tapped the table with her finger tips. "And I'm willing to bet I was armed even then."

"Awww, you're so modest... it's almost cute," Johnny said with a smirk as he drank more of his coffee. "I don't think that's a registered cause of death. Unless next to the number it says 'Saw Red's Jugs' I don't believe it," he said with a chuckle as his eyes moved to read Beetle Bailey. "Oh Beetle and his antics. Anyways, I will find you without a weapon at some point and it will be documented and then it will be the most agreeable you've ever been."

Natasha shrugged slightly. "I think it might possibly be in the death reports somewhere... At least, as the reason that I killed them." She shrugged again, finishing off her coffee and looking down at the mug. "And you won't find me without a weapon, ever. Trust me on this."
