Name: Steve Rogers
Codename: Steve Rogers
Age: Looks twenty-six but in reality he is ninety-five
Affliation(s): Avengers
Power: Steve, thanks to the serum possesses advanced superhuman strength as well as near invulnerability. He also has keener senses and has a denser muscle capacity. He is also immune to most viruses and diseases.
Skills and Abilities: He is trained specially in tactics, leadership, hand to hand combat, as well as weaponry and marksmanship. He was also a fine arts student and is very talented in all that implies.
Limitations: Steve is what most would call "too honorable". His conscience tends to get in the way of him breaking the rules for the sake of getting the job done. The serum he was injected with will on occasion make him very ill for short periods of time. During those times he is about the strength of his actual age. Currently though, there is a vaccine he takes to stop the negative effects of the serum.
Hair Color: Blonde
Eye Color: Blue
Distinguishing Marks: None
History: Steve Rogers was born in New York City, where he grew up to be a fairly small fine-arts student. When WWII hit, Steve enlisted only to be turned away. Instead he was offered to contribute to war efforts in a different way: as a test subject. Steve was injected with the Super Soldier Serum. It improved his strenght and abilities ten fold. During the War, Steve had become one of the army's secret weapon. Unfortunately though, at the end of the war, Steve began to fall ill due to side effects from the Super Soldier Serum. He was cryogenically frozen until they could come up with a treatment. Now about six years ago, Steve was unfrozen in order to lead the Avengers. There is no definate solution to the effects of the serum, but there are treatments.
Personality: Steve is definately what most would call "old fashioned". He has a code of chivalry (which most men seem to lack these days), a sense of honor that seems lost amoung today's youths, as well as a very limited sense of humor. He's one of the strong, silent, types when not on the job. When he's working as Captain America, he appears to be fairly confident. He sticks to the rules and will not put others in jeopardy or break rules in order to get the job done. He's not one to be a glory hog and really doesn't like getting extra attention.
Physical Description: Steve Rogers definately has the appearance of an all american hero. He has blond hair and blues eyes along with a very solid, muscular build. His skin is a medium tone. He dressed very modestly, not wanting to bring a lot of attention to himself when in his civies. He looks serious most of the time but when he does loosen up his grin can be HUGE. He holds the curse of being an attractive man (he doesn't like extra attention and having women throw themselves at him doesn't exactly help).
