NOTE: ALL fields must be filled out completely unless specifically stated so on the template. There are no exceptions.

Name:

Codename: codenames are not required, though they are very helpful and somewhat useful in government, X-Men, Brotherhood, and anything that requires radio communication

Age:

Affliation(s): affliations are also not required, only if you pick a character affliated with a group (or several...)

Power: if simply a human, put human... otherwise I will assume you left the power out and will hound you about it

Skills and Abilities: things useful outside of powers... everyone has them so this can not under any circumstances be ignored

Limitations: the limiations apply to both power and the skills and abilities section... something needs to be here

Eye Color:

Distinguishing Marks:

History: I like details... but don't write anything that is excessively long, please

Personality:

Physical Description: please describe how the person usually appears, you know, hair length, usual clothing style, build, that sort of thing...
